“RANDEK” Purlin has two types as;
“RANDEK” steel Purlins are manufactures to provide light weight and economical roof and wall cladding support systems for framed structures.
“RANDEK” Purlin and girts are pre- punched ready for site assembly. Together with a full range of roofing and wall cladding, designers are able to design cost effective buildings.
RANDEK purlin sections are continuously roll-formed from both zinc coated high-tensile steel and unalloyed low carbon black steel strips, punched in- line and cutto length. Accessories are also, zinc-coated and either made to custom lengthsor supplied as a standard component. The optimized dimensions of purlin,together with the widest range of sections and thicknesses, makes RANDEK purlin the top performer in lightweight cold-formed steel sections.
With the quality coating. RANDEK Purlin possesses superior corrosion protection quality.
The pre-coated material eliminates the painting procedure. Welding is not required at the site allowing for a cleaner construction site.
Manufactured using high tensile steel of grade G450-550Mpa allowing it to have a strong but lighter design structure. Moreover, it provides an excellent strength-to-weight ratio enabling it to support wider purlin spans
With its lightweight feature, it allows for a lighter design structure and reduces the manufacturing cost, eliminating the wastage of material from the manufactured to length feature. Easy installation reduces labor cost
RANDEK C Purlin could be used in a single span and unlapped continuous span in construction with its modern design, it can be applied as eave purlins or where compact sections are required for detailing
